Shipping Policy
We ship through trusted fulfilment partners in the UK and USA. Below you’ll find our shipping charges, dispatch information and guidance on international deliveries.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Where possible, we dispatch sooner.
Delivery time is additional to dispatch time and varies by destination and courier. International deliveries may take longer because of customs clearance or local handling.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If your basket includes products from both groups, shipping charges may be combined. Free shipping for one group does not necessarily make the entire order free.
Free shipping
For products using our main shipping rates, free shipping is available on qualifying orders of £123 or more to the UK, USA and Canada.
The qualifying amount and available shipping options are calculated at checkout. For orders placed in another currency, checkout shows the applicable converted amount.
Free shipping is not available to other destinations or for products using the separate-product rates.
Shipping charges by destination
All amounts below are in pounds sterling (GBP). If you shop in another currency, the applicable amount will be displayed at checkout.
“Not available” means that the relevant product group does not currently have a shipping rate for that destination.

Eligible UK, USA and Canadian orders receive free shipping when they meet the threshold above. Ireland does not qualify for free shipping.
For the USA and Canada, the paid standard rate covers parcels up to 4.00 kg. Orders above that weight must qualify for free shipping to receive an available delivery option. If checkout shows no shipping option, please contact us before ordering.
Express shipping: an option costing £12.99 is available for UK and Ireland orders using the main shipping rates. Select it at checkout where available. Express shipping does not remove the order-processing time.
Europe
The standard rates below apply from 2.50 kg upwards, including parcels over 4 kg. Free shipping is not available for these destinations.

Shipping options depend on the products in your basket, their shipping weight and your delivery address. The final charge is displayed before payment.

The courier used depends on the destination and fulfilment arrangements for your order.
Duties and taxes
Orders delivered to the UK, USA and Canada have duties and taxes covered.
Other destinations are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. For these destinations, any import duties, local taxes or customs handling fees are payable by the recipient and are additional to the shipping charges shown above.
These charges are determined by the destination’s authorities and delivery providers.
Restricted destinations
We do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Brazil, Kazakhstan or Argentina.
Other destinations may also be unavailable for particular products. Please check the country tables and the delivery options offered at checkout.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change the address once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If your order is delayed, check the tracking information first. If it has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, contact us with your order number.
We will investigate with the courier or fulfilment partner and work with you to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage and photographs of the parcel and affected items where possible.
Any missing or damaged orders that are not declared within 30 days of dispatch can not be processed or reinbursed.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
